Why We Chose This Market
Locally born and bred Detroit Eastsider, Timothy Bryant, Owner of Bryant Park Market has always had a passion for not only food but serving people, in fact, he would say it’s his purpose. And when it came to serving his area, he immediately jumped to the occasion.
The importance of having access to affordable and nutritious food is crucial for the health of all communities. There are areas known as food deserts, where no stores offer fresh and affordable produce, dairy, or meat, leaving only unhealthy food options for residents, resulting in high rates of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
